The River City Jaguars acomplished something no other junior A team has done before. They played 5 league games in 5 days and won all 5 games. They have also won 6 games in a row. In doing this the Jags are for the first time all year have a solid grasp of third place. The have a 8 point lead over Puget Sound and a 10 point lead over Tri-Cities. The Jags beat Puget Sound 3-2 on Jan. 4th. The Jags recieved very solid goaltending from newly acquired Taylor Whitmore. The scoring was led by rookieChris Seybold who had 2 goals and 1 assist. This gave Chris 5 goals (2 shorthanded) and 3 assists over the Jags 5 game stretch. The Jaguars play 1/9 & 1/10 at Eugene. Come to Eugene and support the Jaguars.

The Jaguars will have a talk show the first Wednesday of each month thru the end of the season. In honor of our broadcast team we will call the monthly talk show "THE JAG'S BS". The Host families are very integral part of the team and provides a unique opportunity and experience for those involved.
